Taking the time to visit Crone Monuments and working with Scott Pioreck on options for our family’s memorial was such a relief and refreshing experience. When Kevin Williams sent his creative design it truly completed what we saw as an honor to those we lost. His work was an honor to our family! The patience and understanding made our decisions easy to make with this professional team. Then working monthly with Allison Lacy to complete the arrangements was such a pleasure with each interaction offered with sympathy, care, and always intent she was there to support our questions and concerns. Each interaction reassured us we made the right choice working with people who were proud of the services offered and completion of the love we wanted displayed!
